I’m Sydney — an endurance and adventure athlete coach, former Team USA triathlete and duathlete, engineer, and founder of SaltMVMT.
I an on a mission to help all humans - especially women - to build durable and adaptable bodies for Adventure Sports.
My journey started at 16, when ultra-endurance sports became a way to navigate a difficult chapter in my childhood - shaped by a parent’s struggle with Alcoholism & Addiction.
Today, I blend my background in elite sport, strength training, yoga, and engineering to coach women toward their boldest physical goals — from ultramarathons, surfing new waves, to moving more confidently in the backcountry.
