Hi :)

I’m Sydney — an endurance and adventure athlete coach, former Team USA triathlete and duathlete, engineer, and founder of SaltMVMT.

I help women build durable, powerful bodies that can run farther, ride longer, surf stronger, and explore the outdoors with confidence.

My journey started at 16, when endurance sport became my way through a difficult chapter of life. What began as survival grew into a lifelong obsession with how the body works, how movement heals, and how adventure shapes us.

Today, I blend my background in elite sport, strength training, yoga, and engineering to coach women toward their boldest physical goals — from ultras, charging wild waves, to moving more confidently in the backcountry.

My purpose is simple:
Get more women outside. Help them stay there for life.

    Don’t like the gym environment - let’s take the workout outside or at home.
